The Everest Indian restaurant will open in the former Cucina Paradiso location at the Golden Eagle Shopping Center, owner Basin Street Properties announced this week.

The restaurant signed a five-year lease for the 1,100-square-foot space and is expected to open within the next three weeks.

Cucina Paradiso, an Italian restaurant, moved to Petaluma Boulevard North.

In addition, Rosen’s Bakery is under new ownership and has signed a one-year lease to remain at the Golden Eagle center, Basin Street said.
