Dutra let us down

<p>Editor: It wasn't all that long ago that Petaluma took the title of "Pothole Capital of California," which coincided with Dutra Group's tenure here in Petaluma when they produced asphalt.</p><!-- Nothing to do. The paragraph has already been output --><p>It doesn't take a genius to connect the dots and conclude that they did nothing to help us out during that time. It's embarrassing to realize that our local asphalt plant company, being the "good neighbor" they claim to be, would let a town they cared so much for go down as having the worst potholes in all of the State of California.
