Longtime Petaluma resident Paul DeMarco has been hired as the new director of finance and administration for Sonoma Land Trust.
DeMarco possesses 23 years of experience in nonprofit financial management and has worked as the vice president for finance and administration at Community Foundation Sonoma County since 1997.
“The work of Sonoma Land Trust is very close to my heart and mind,” said DeMarco. “As hard as it is to leave the Community Foundation, I couldn’t pass up this opportunity.”
Prior to Community Foundation, DeMarco served as financial manager for the Episcopal Church of St. Mary the Virgin in San Francisco. He is a graduate of Yale.
