McNear sixth-grader wins south county spelling bee

<p>Sixth-grader Lilly Reinstein of McNear Elementary School won the South County Regional Spelling Bee at Corona Creek Elementary School on March 3.</p><!-- Nothing to do. The paragraph has already been output --><p>Reinstein, along with the other top five finishers, now will move on to complete in the Sonoma County Elementary Spelling Competition, to be held at 4 p.m. on March 29 at the Sonoma County Office of Education.</p><p>The other top finishers in the regional competition were: Calvin Jin, a sixth-grader from Harvest Christian school, second place; Grace Cutting, a fifth-grader from St. Francis Solano School, third place; Erin Martin, a sixth-grader from Two Rock Elementary School, fourth place; and Sarah Jane Catarozoli, a fifth-grader from Valley Vista Elementary School, fifth place.</p>
