Applications open for city boards and positions

<p>Applications are open for spots on several city boards, commissions, and committees.</p><p>About 16 spots are open with various groups, including the Animal Services Advisory Committee, Public Art Committee, Transit Advisory Committee, Tree Advisory Committee and Youth Commission.</p><p>The deadline to apply is 5 p.m., Sept. 13. The City Council will review the applications and make appointments at its Sept. 20 meeting.</p><p>Applications are available on the city's Web site, cityofpetaluma.net, or at the city clerk's office at City Hall, 11 English St.</p><p> —Argus-Courier Staff</p>
