In a non-league game played Saturday, Petaluma’s boys lost another close game to Alameda, 54-50. The Hornets beat the Trojans by a point earlier in the season in the Brett Callan Memorial Tournament.

Petaluma jumped out to an 11-point lead early, and led at the half, 31-21. However, the Trojans wilted under Alameda full-court pressure in the second half.

Peter Maselli had his biggest game of the season for the Trojans, scoring 18 points. Elvedin Tuclzinovic led Alameda with 15.

Petaluma is now 5-14 on the season and 1-4 in SCL play.
