The McDowell Drug Task Force, a Petaluma anti-drug nonprofit, is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the thefts of the Dairyman's Feed flag, which has been stolen 10 times in the past nine years.
Executive director Dick Sharke said that Petaluma police have partnered with the nonprofit to create a Dairyman's Feed flag reward fund.
The money was raised from donations by local businesses, organizations and private citizens.
The current reward is $300 and the information must lead to the identification, arrest and successful prosecution of the person or persons responsible for the thefts.
Anyone with information on the thefts is asked to contact the Petaluma Police Department at 778-4372.
