Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are later found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published.
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12
11:11 a.m. — Grand theft was reported on Bantam Way.
6:15 p.m. — Daniel R. Velasco, 33, of Santa Rosa was arrested on Lakeville Circle for felony domestic violence assault with an injury. He was arrested and booked into county jail.
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 11
2:19 a.m. — Paul L. Wagner, 34, of Cotati was arrested on Maria Drive at Park Lane for misdemeanor DUI and driving while on a license suspended from a previous DUI. He was arrested and booked into jail.
7:33 a.m. — George R. Jago, 48, of Larkfield was arrested on Baywood Drive for felony false imprisonment and misdemeanor domestic violence battery. He was arrested and booked into county jail.
8:43 p.m. — Scott R. Franklin, 48, of San Pablo was arrested on Marylyn Circle for felony domestic violence assault with an injury and committing a felony while on bail, along with misdemeanor resisting arrest by a peace officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and booked into county jail.
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 10
2:43 a.m. — A robbery was reported on Petaluma Boulevard North.
7:40 a.m. — Felony vandalism was reported on Seventh Street at F Street.
9:42 a.m. — A vehicle was reported stolen on Crinella Drive.
12:52 p.m. — Felony vandalism was reported on F Street.
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 9
1:07 a.m. — Garrett W. Ennis, 22, of Santa Rosa was arrested in the 400 block of North McDowell Boulevard for felony soliciting controlled substances with a false prescription and misdemeanor using a false identification card. He was arrested and booked into county jail.
9:30 a.m. — Felony burglary from a business was reported on East Washington Street.
1:55 p.m. — Jessica S. Pearson, 25, a homeless person of Petaluma was arrested in the 1500 block of Joan Drive for felony possession of a narcotic controlled substance and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. She was arrested and booked into county jail.
3:34 p.m. — During a probation search, officers arrested Benigno G. Padilla, 26, of Petaluma for a felony violation of probation. He was arrested and booked into jail.
5:55 p.m. — Felony burglary was reported on Lakeville Circle.
7:39 p.m. — Grand theft from a motor vehicle was reported on Edith Street.
7:45 p.m. — Grant theft was reported on Falcon Ridge Drive.
8:46 p.m. — A misdemeanor hit and run was reported on Keller Street at Washington Street.
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 7
11:42 a.m. — A misdemeanor hit and run was reported on Petaluma Boulevard North.
3:35 p.m. — Stanley A. Bacon, 61, of Petaluma was arrested for felony failure to register as a sex offender at his new address. He was arrested and booked into jail.
6:23 p.m. — A misdemeanor hit and run was reported on Baywood Drive at Lakeville Highway.
8:48 p.m. — Jesse E. Wilmes, 35, of Petaluma was arrested in the 100 block of Howard Street for misdemeanor batter on a person, resisting arrest, tampering with a vehicle and violating probation. He was arrested and booked into jail.
8:48 p.m. — John A. Lindt, 30, of Petaluma was arrested for misdemeanor exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm and violating his probation. He was arrested and booked into jail.
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 6
2:56 a.m. — Nathan I. Ingram, 27, of Haywood was arrested in the 1500 block of Anna Way for felony theft of a vehicle and two felony outstanding warrants, along with misdemeanor resisting arrest and possession of burglary tools.
8:44 a.m. — Yarrow L. Kubrin, 39, of Santa Rosa was arrested in the 1200 block of Bloomfield in Sebastopol on multiple felony counts of possession of marijuana for sale, committing a felony while on bail and conspiracy to commit crimes. He was arrested in a SWAT raid conducted by Petaluma police and also charged with owning ammunition, a violation of his probation.
12:18 p.m. — Burglary from a vehicle was reported on Baywood Drive.
1:51 p.m. — A drunk driver was reported on East Madison Street at North McDowell Boulevard. Officers were unable to locate any suspects upon arrive.
8:17 p.m. — A prowler was reported on Jason Court.
