Minor injuries in three-vehicle Highway 116 crash

A driver traveling on Highway 116 south of Sebastopol Tuesday morning ran into the back of a car stopped for a school bus picking up students, reported emergency officials.

Three vehicles ended up in the collision. The bus wasn’t involved.

The crash was on Highway 116 at Woodward Avenue. It was reported at 8:16 a.m.

Two ambulances responded and two people were taken to Palm Drive Hospital with reportedly minor injuries.

The collision created extensive traffic problems along the two-lane highway at the end of the morning commute.
