Jeannie Dulberg has been appointed as the new Community Benefit manager for Kaiser Permanente in Sonoma and Marin counties. She previously served as an administrator for the YMCA and Sonoma State University’s Community Counseling Center and as a consultant for Sonoma Health Alliance and Santa Rosa Junior College.

Chris Maithonis has joined Mission Hills Mortgage Bankers as a loan officer. She has more than 20 years experience in finance, most recently working as a loan officer at Wells Fargo Bank.

Karin Wandrei has opened a psychotherapy practice in Cloverdale. A licensed clinical social worker, Wandrei previously had a private psychotherapy practice in Oakland for 15 years.

Joe Deacon has joined Maureen Merrill Communication Consulting in Santa Rosa as an associate specializing in leadership training and talent development. His 25 years of experience includes serving on an advisory council to U.S. Secretary of Labor Elizabeth Dole.

Joe Cumello has been appointed chief marketing officer at Cyan. Previously, he served as vice president of marketing at Sidera Networks and SafeNet, and senior director of global marketing at Ciena.

Eric Lee has been named executive chef at Sonoma State University. Previously, he served as a chef at Simi Winery and was a finalist on “The Next Food Network Star.”

August Schwer has joined Safari Books Online in Sebastopol as senior system engineer. He previously served nine years as a senior system administrator at Santa Rosa’s Sonic.net.

Maureen Vittoria is the new chief financial officer for the Committee on the Shelterless, or COTS, in Petaluma. She spent more than 15 years as senior finance director and other roles at Intel Corporation.

Theresa L. Cunningham has been appointed to the Sonoma County Office of Education Personnel Commission. A former assistant city attorney for Santa Rosa, she specializes in resolving workplace disputes.
