A man who was caught driving on a suspended license on at least 11 occasions was arrested on suspicion of doing so once again, police said.
Sebastopol Police stopped William Alexander Moncada, 35, of Cloverdale while he was driving on Highway 116 near Lynch Road with four passengers Thursday night. Moncada was on court probation in three separate Sonoma County cases involving theft, resisting a peace officer, driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence, police said. He had been arrested on suspicion of DUI on at least three previous occasions, police said.
Moncada was booked in Sonoma County Jail.
