Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are later found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published.

Monday, June 3

1:23 a.m. — Eladio R. Castronaal, 20, of Petaluma was arrested in the 900 block of Baywood Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI. He was arrested and booked into jail.

7:20 a.m. — Edgar I. Figueroa, 25, of Petaluma was arrested in the 900 block of Cottonwood Court on suspicion of felony possession of a stolen vehicle and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and burglary tools and violation of probation. He was arrested and booked into jail.

8:15 p.m. — Vandalism was reported on Commerce Street.

9:36 a.m. — Burglary was reported on East Washington Street.

10:23 a.m. — Vandalism was reported on North McDowell Boulevard.

10:24 a.m. — Vandalism was reported on Prospect Street.

1:56 p.m. — Justin M. Haet, 31, of Petaluma was arrested in the 200 block of North McDowell Boulevard on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor obstructing a peace officer and violation of probation.

Sunday, June 2

2:58 a.m. — Simon S. Jizrawi, 25, of San Rafael was arrested on East Washington Street on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI, driving on a suspended license and a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was arrested and booked into jail.

3:24 p.m. — Vandalism was reported on South McDowell Boulevard.

11:19 p.m. — Dominick J. Biernier, 57, of Petaluma was arrested in the 1400 block of East Washington Street on suspicion of felony possession of a firearm and ammunition and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Saturday, June 1

3:13 a.m. — A vehicle was reported stolen on Keller Street.

4:08 a.m. — Robbery was reported on Grey Street at Water Street.

11:36 a.m. — Aaron C. Graves, 44, of Petaluma was arrested on Lakeville Street on suspicion of felony robbery and misdemeanor violation of probation. He was arrested and booked into jail.

6:44 p.m. — Mathew A. Koehnem 31, of Petaluma was arrested on Casa Grande Road on suspicion of felony causing harm to an elderly dependent and two misdemeanor drug charges.

Friday, May 31

9:11 a.m. — Marijuana distribution was reported on Cypress Drive.

1:40 p.m. — Narcotic activity was reported on Baywood Drive at Rancho Way. Officers were unable to locate any suspects upon arrival.

3:40 p.m. — Graffiti was reported on Greenbriar Circle.

9:12 p.m. — Jose L. Gonzalez, 20, of Petaluma was arrested in the 100 block of Ellis Street on suspicion of misdemeanor battery. He was released on a citation to appear in court.

Thursday, May 30

5:27 p.m. — Burglary was reported on Nikki Drive.

5:57 p.m. — Felony vandalism was reported on Graylawn Avenue.

10:42 p.m. — Robbery was reported on Ramona Lane.

Wednesday, May 29

2:48 a.m. — Christopher R. Gravesen, 23, of Bodega Bay was arrested in the 500 block of Murray Drive on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, a felony bench warrant and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and booked into jail.

Tuesday, May 28

12:01 a.m. — Danika A. Regan, 22, of San Rafael was arrested in the 300 block of Lakeville Circle on suspicion of misdemeanor battery. She was released on a citation to appear in court.

7:30 a.m. — Felony vandalism was reported on Grevillia Drive.

7:34 a.m. — Arson was reported on Grant Avenue.

8:48 a.m. — Felony commercial burglary was reported on Fourth Street.

5:15 p.m. — Burglary from a vehicle was reported on Cherry Street.

5:35 p.m. — Jerry R. Finlay, 34, of Petaluma was arrested in the 300 block of South McDowell Boulevard on suspicion of felony burglary. He was arrested and booked into jail.
