Dean Gross, chief concierge at Beau Wine Tours.

Dean Gross has been promoted to the position of chief concierge at Beau Wine Tours. He has been with the Sonoma company for four years, working as a chauffeur and tour guide. Previously, Gross worked as a concierge at The Lodge at Sonoma and Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn.

Attorney Ken Cyphers has joined Welty/Welty, a Healdsburg law firm. Previously, he worked as an attorney at Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz in Santa Rosa. Before that, Cyphers worked with developer Orrin Thiessen in development, construction and sales, and served as planning commissioner for the Town of Windsor.

Briana Birch has joined Wells Fargo Insurance in Petaluma as a commercial lines account manager. Previously, Birch worked as a producer at Vantreo Insurance and an accounting specialist and account executive at The HDH Group.

Jim Murphy and Associates has added two new employees to its construction team.

Tom Fruiht joins the Santa Rosa company as estimator and the firm’s sixth project manager. He has 14 years of experience in commercial and custom home construction and is certified by the Green Building Council for its energy and environmental design rating system.

Jason Bode has been named superintendent, one of 10 in that position at the firm. He is certified in storm water pollution prevention.

Joe Hughes has been promoted to office manager and chief of parties at Phelps & Associates Land Surveyors. Hughes, who has been with the Sebastopol firm for 15 years, recently attained his state Professional Land Surveyor’s license.

RE/MAX Full Spectrum has added two new agents.

Susie Booth has joined the firm’s office in Healdsburg. She became a licensed real estate agent in 1999 and previously worked at Century 21 North Bay Alliance.

Nona Perry has joined the firm’s office in Ukiah. Before moving to Mendocino County in 2007, she worked as a real estate agent in the Reno, Nev., area since 1992.

Mary-Jane Stimson has joined Munselle Civil Engineering in Cloverdale. A licensed professional civil engineer, Stimson has more than 20 years of experience, most recently working as a design engineer at Brelje & Race.

Sarah Pearson has been appointed director of marketing at The Hess Collection winery. Previously, she served as a brand manager of innovation at Constellation Brands and held key marketing positions with Freixenet USA and Treasury Wine Estates.
