The Petaluma Valley Little League's 10-year-old All-Star team will play for the District 35 Tournament championship Sunday in an 11 a.m. game at the Healdsburg Little League home field.

The Valley belted its way into the title game by slugging El Molino, 13-5, Thursday.

Petaluma National, a 12-2 loser to the Valley in a Tuesday game, remains hopeful of a rematch. The National came back from that loss to defeat Healdsburg, 15-5, and will play Rincon Valley American in a must-win game Friday in Healdsburg. Should the Nationals win that game, that will face El Molino Saturday at 11 a.m. for the right to face the Valley in the championship game.
