The Petaluma Fire Department received 33 medical and 65 fire or other emergency calls from Oct. 7 through Oct.13. Here are some of the calls.
Tuesday, Oct. 7
6:44 p.m. — A crash occurred on Auto Center Drive, leaving a Toyota Camry on its roof, resting on mulch between the road and Highway 101. Medics found the driver out of the vehicle and sitting on the curb. He complained of some soreness and was taken to the hospital.
Thursday, Oct. 9
7:47 a.m. — Four people were injured in an accident at Highway 37 and Lakeville Highway.
3:21 p.m. — A fire was reported in the marsh behind the Sheraton hotel; firefighters found it behind Legacy Marketing Group. They extinguished the rubbish fire and looked into reports that youths might have started it.
3:21 p.m. — Diesel was reported leaking from a vehicle on B Street.
7:58 p.m. — A 40-foot long construction Dumpster went up in flames near a storage building at 389 South McDowell Boulevard.
Saturday, Oct. 11
10:22 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a two-car crash near the intersection of Adobe and Sonoma Mountain roads.
Sunday, Oct. 12
8:25 p.m. — A vehicle fire was reported at 621 E. Washington St. The engine compartment was up in flames near Whole Foods.
