A Marin County man was arrested early Saturday after driving through construction barriers on Petaluma Boulevard North near the Old Redwood Highway overpass, Petaluma police said.
Andrew Fedeli, 44, allegedly drove through the barriers and down a 20-foot embankment with his vehicle coming to rest next to the southbound lanes of Highway 101 about 1 a.m., Sgt. Steve Nelson said in a press release.
Fedeli and a passenger were treated at a local hospital and released, police said.
Fedeli was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence with injury and possession of a controlled substance, Nelson said.
