Stage Gulch Road/Highway 116 south of Petaluma has reopened in the wake of an early morning vehicle crash that brought down power lines and caused a small grass fire, authorities said.
The 4:48 a.m. crash near Adobe Road closed a section of road between Adobe and Lakeville Highway until 10:20 a.m., backing up traffic along an important route connecting Sonoma Valley and Highway 101, among other areas.
No one was injured in the crash that sent a vehicle off the road and caused a quarter-acre grass fire, the CHP said.
The wreck cut power to 23 customers, according to a PG&E representative. Service is expected to be restored by 3 p.m.
