Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus to have follow-up information published.
Monday, Jan. 6
8:09 a.m. — Garrett T. Porter., 23, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 500 block of Sunnyslope Road on a misdemeanor bench warrant.
6:24 p.m. — Jesus Mendez Jr., 27, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 1400 block of Dandelion Way on a misdemeanor bench warrant.
6:30 p.m. — Jonas A. Hertz, 24, of Novato, as cited on Washington Street at Western Avenue on a misdemeanor bench warrant.
Sunday, Jan. 5
1:40 p.m. — Nancy D. Jorgensen, 50, of Petaluma, was arrested on Magnolia Avenue on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence battery and violating probation.
2:29 p.m. — Timothy M. Gutierrez, 21, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 400 block of Kenilworth Drive on suspicion of felony embezzlement.
Friday, Jan. 3
12:20 a.m. — Oliver E. Ramirez, 22, of Petaluma, was arrested on First Street at G Street on suspicion of felony domestic violence assault with an injury, assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm and misdemeanor violating probation.
6:49 p.m. — Chad T. Barnes, 32, of Petaluma, was arrested on Bradford Court on suspicion of felony violating a domestic violence court order.
Thursday, Jan. 2
7:25 a.m. — Lisa R. Pollich, 44, of Bangor, was arrested in the 200 block of Novak Drive on a misdemeanor outside warrant.
10:49 a.m. — Michael R. Riddle, 41, and Kit K. Kipnis, 43, both of San Francisco, were cited in the 100 block of Graylawn Avenue on suspicion of misdemeanor trespassing. Kipnis was also charged with misdemeanor violating probation.
2:26 p.m. — A 17-year-old male juvenile of Petaluma was cited on Albert Way on suspicion of felony violating a domestic violence court order.
10:31 p.m. — Sosa D. Cresencio, 30, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 400 block of Sixth Street on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI and driving while unlicensed.
Wednesday, Jan 1.
2:34 a.m. — Chad T. Barnes, 32, of Petaluma, was arrested on Bradford Court on suspicion of felony domestic violence assault with an injury and damaging power connecting lines.
11:49 p.m. — Morgaine K. McGreenery, 28, of Santa Rosa, was arrested in the 800 block of East Washington Street on suspicion of felony drug possession and a felony probation warrant.
Tuesday, Dec. 31
8:20 a.m. — Steven P. Garred, 33, of Petaluma, was cited on West Payran Street at Sandy Lane on suspicion of misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession.
11:05 a.m. — Gabriel M. Alcantara, 33, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 700 block of Lakeville Circle on suspicion of felony burglary, passing fictitious checks and forgery.
1:07 p.m. — Bo A. O’Keefe, 27, of Petaluma, was arrested on Magnolia Avenue on suspicion of felony drug possession and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession and child endangerment.
5:28 p.m. — Julina Saint Juste, 45, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 700 block of lakeville Circle on suspicion of misdemeanor exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm.
5:57 p.m. — Dairn N. Sheehy, 23, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 1800 block of Wisteria Circle on suspicion of misdemeanor violating probation.
