Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus to have follow-up information published.

Monday, Feb. 10

5:11 p.m. — Ross E. Bracken, 49, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 600 block of Petaluma Boulevard North on suspicion of felony DUI and misdemeanor driving with alcohol in his system while on DUI probation. He was also cited for violating driver's license restrictions.

Sunday, Feb. 9

1:28 a.m. — Allen J. Marshall IV, 37, of Petaluma, was arrested on Caulfield Lane at Daniel Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor being under the influence of drugs.

2:32 a.m. — Leland T. Bridgeman III, 39, of Rohnert Park, was cited on Highway 101 at Petaluma Boulevard North on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI.

3:08 p.m. — Walter R. McIvain, 50, of Petaluma was arrested in the 1300 block of Glenwood Drive on a felony bench warrant.

11:08 p.m. — Jorge A. Flores, 37, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 500 block of Lakeville Circle on suspicion of felony carrying a concealed dagger and misdemeanor being under the influence of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Saturday, Feb. 8

1:48 a.m. — Corinne N. Shea, 42, of Berkeley, was cited on Highway 101 on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI.

2:39 p.m. — Christopher G. Timm, 26, of Petaluma, was cited on Greenbriar Circle at Maria Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor drug possession.

Friday, Feb. 7

9:20 a.m. — A 13-year-old juvenile was cited in the 800 block of Riesling Road on suspicion of misdemeanor possessing weapons at school.

1:37 p.m. — Gary Gonzales, 54, a homeless person of Petaluma, was arrested in the 300 block of West Payran on a felony bench warrant and two misdemeanor bench warrants.

2:10 p.m. — Williams S. Emis, 38, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 100 block of North McDowell Boulevard on suspicion of public intoxication.

5:30 p.m. — A 13-year-old male juvenile of Petaluma was arrested on Petaluma Boulevard North on suspicion of felony sexual penetration with a foreign object with force and lewd acts with a child under 14 years old. He was also arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor annoying a child under 18 and touching a person intimately against their will for sexual gratification.

7:27 p.m. — Kenneth P. Wade, 45, and Andrea L. Caudill, 25, both of Petaluma, were arrested in the 1300 block of North McDowell Boulevard on suspicion of felony drug possession and misdemeanor petty theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

9:57 p.m. — Randy D. Lanzavecchia, 53, of Petaluma, was cited on Baywood Drive at Crinella Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI.

Thursday, Feb. 6

10:10 a.m. — Damien W. Christensen, 35, of Santa Rosa, was arrested in the 700 block of Baywood Drive on a felony bench warrant.

1:18 p.m. — Nazario A. Lojas, 41, and Eric W. Controy, 45, both of Petaluma, were cited in the 500 block of Hopper Street on suspicion of misdemeanor trespassing.

Wednesday, Feb. 5

1:08 a.m. — Ross E. Bracken, 49, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 300 block of Lakeville Street on suspicion of misdemeanor violating probation and tampering with an ignition interlock device.

2:59 a.m. — Richard J. Trevino, 36, of Stockton, was arrested in the 900 block of Petaluma on suspicion of misdemeanor public intoxication.

12:08 p.m. — Jose R. Lara, 18, of Petaluma, was cited in the 200 block of Fair Street on suspicion of possessing marijuana on school grounds.

2:33 p.m. — Brendon J. Buckley, 24, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 1700 block of Devin Drive on suspicion of felony violating probation and misdemeanor resisting a peace officer.

9:19 p.m. — Jeremy R. Garcia, 25, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 100 block of Tuxedo Court on suspicion of felony marijuana cultivation and possessing marijuana for sale.

Tuesday, Feb. 4

7:30 p.m. — Malissa Thatch, 50, of Petaluma, was arrested on North Napa Drive on suspicion of felony domestic violence assault.
