The people have spoken and Petaluma's best will be recognized at the 2010 People's Choice Awards Gala Reception beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 8 at the Sheraton Petaluma Hotel.

Winners in a wide range of categories were determined by voters participating in the online balloting held earlier this year on Petaluma360.com.

The event features appetizers and wine. Tickets are $25.
