Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus to have follow-up information published.
Monday, Feb. 10
5:11 p.m. — Ross E. Bracken, 49, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 600 block of Petaluma Boulevard North on suspicion of felony DUI and misdemeanor driving with alcohol in his system while on DUI probation. He was also cited for violating driver's license restrictions.
Sunday, Feb. 9
1:28 a.m. — Allen J. Marshall IV, 37, of Petaluma, was arrested on Caulfield Lane at Daniel Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor being under the influence of drugs.
2:32 a.m. — Leland T. Bridgeman III, 39, of Rohnert Park, was cited on Highway 101 at Petaluma Boulevard North on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI.
3:08 p.m. — Walter R. McIvain, 50, of Petaluma was arrested in the 1300 block of Glenwood Drive on a felony bench warrant.
11:08 p.m. — Jorge A. Flores, 37, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 500 block of Lakeville Circle on suspicion of felony carrying a concealed dagger and misdemeanor being under the influence of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor bench warrant.
