Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus to have follow-up information published.
Saturday, Feb. 15
9:55 a.m. — Jade J. Young, 20, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 300 block of Western Avenue on suspicion of felony burglary and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession and a misdemeanor bench warrant.
1:01 p.m. — Victor Pluma-Morales, 29, and Ricardo M. Chavarria, 23, both of Petaluma, were arrested on Lunch Creek Way at East Madison Street on suspicion of felony drug possession and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession. Chavarria was also arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of probation.
3:50 p.m. — Ryan J. Gardea, 40, of Petaluma, was arrested on Colwood Drive on suspicion of felony resisting an executive officer, threatening with an intent to terrorize and causing harm to an elderly person. He was also arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor exhibiting a weapon other than a firearm, child endangerment and violating probation.
4:58 p.m. — Ronald R. Davis, 29, and Jamal A. Majzoub, 29, of Petaluma, and William C. Leonard, 39, of Lexington, were cited on Lauren Drive at East Madison Street on suspicion of misdemeanor placing a pollutant near state waters.
5:58 p.m. — Jamie L. Marino, 21, of Petaluma, was arrested on North McDowell Boulevard at Old Redwood Highway on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI.
