Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus to have follow-up information published.

Saturday, Feb. 15

9:55 a.m. — Jade J. Young, 20, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 300 block of Western Avenue on suspicion of felony burglary and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession and a misdemeanor bench warrant.

1:01 p.m. — Victor Pluma-Morales, 29, and Ricardo M. Chavarria, 23, both of Petaluma, were arrested on Lunch Creek Way at East Madison Street on suspicion of felony drug possession and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession. Chavarria was also arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of probation.

3:50 p.m. — Ryan J. Gardea, 40, of Petaluma, was arrested on Colwood Drive on suspicion of felony resisting an executive officer, threatening with an intent to terrorize and causing harm to an elderly person. He was also arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor exhibiting a weapon other than a firearm, child endangerment and violating probation.

4:58 p.m. — Ronald R. Davis, 29, and Jamal A. Majzoub, 29, of Petaluma, and William C. Leonard, 39, of Lexington, were cited on Lauren Drive at East Madison Street on suspicion of misdemeanor placing a pollutant near state waters.

5:58 p.m. — Jamie L. Marino, 21, of Petaluma, was arrested on North McDowell Boulevard at Old Redwood Highway on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI.

Friday, Feb. 14

2:25 p.m. — Robert P. Ryer, 53, of Petaluma, was arrested on Caulfield Lane at Hopper Street on suspicion of misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession and violating probation.

8:27 p.m. — Armando N. Carrenolopez, 27, of Rohnert Park, was arrested on Payran Street at East Washington Street on suspicion of misdemeanor violating probation, driving on a suspended license and two misdemeanor bench warrants.

Thursday, Feb. 13

5:20 p.m. — Kenneth R. Cerda, 57, of Petaluma, was arrested on Caulfield Lane at Hopper Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence batter and violating probation.

5:40 p.m. — Thomas A. Bolema, 20, of Sebastopol, was arrested on North McDowell Boulevard on suspicion of felony kidnapping and stalking and three counts of misdemeanor domestic violence battery.

10:48 p.m. — Steven F. Bartkus, 44, of Petaluma, was cited on Baywood Drive at St. Francis Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI.

Wednesday, Feb. 12

12:22 p.m. — Matthew J. Fourney, 29, of Petaluma, was arrested on East Washington Street on suspicion of misdemeanor annoying a child under 18, contacting a minor with the intent to commit a sexual offense and sending harmful matter to a minor.

12:29 p.m. — Thomas A. Bolema, 20, of Sebastopol, was arrested on North McDowell Boulevard at Professional Drive on suspicion of felony possession of marijuana for sale and evading a peace officer.

5:29 p.m. — Keith J. Bishop, 62, of Petaluma, was arrested in the 100 block of Prince Albert Street on suspicion of felony threatening with intent to terrorize.

8:32 p.m. — Michelle L. Guiliani, 42, a homeless person of Petaluma, was arrested on the East Washington Street Highway 101 on-ramp on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Tuesday, Feb. 11

1:23 p.m. — Joshua B. Mertz, 26, of Petaluma, was arrested on North McDowell Boulevard at East Washington Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

1:29 p.m. — Daniel J. Lynch Jr., 40, a homeless person of Petaluma, was arrested on North McDowell Boulevard at East Washington Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

10:25 p.m. — Luke V. La Franchi, 35, a homeless person of Petaluma, was arrested din the 1000 block of Petaluma Boulevard North on suspicion of misdemeanor public intoxication and violating probation.
