Calling all Rivertown Revivalists: Volunteers are needed for the Rivertown Revival to be held on July 20 at the David Yearsley River Heritage Center at the end of Copeland Street. To learn about what volunteer duties are available and to sign up, visit www.rivertownrevival.com. Volunteers are also needed to attend the Sunday work days at the barn before the event. Make an art boat for Rivertown Revival: All artists, crafters, tinkerers, engineers, boaters and racers are encouraged to make an art boat that will wow the judges of the Rivertown Revival's Grand Art Boat Flotilla. The contest takes place during the Rivertown Revival on July 20 at the David Yearsley River Heritage Center (end of Copeland Street). Creativity in design is encouraged. Awards will be given out for art boats in the following categories: River Beauty, River Icon, River Clean, River Smarty, and River Speedy.
