Allison Scranton didn't need it, but had plenty of help as Petaluma High School's T-Girls defeated El Molino in a one-sided Sonoma County League game in the Petaluma gym Thursday night. Final score was Petaluma 57, Scanton 24,El Molino 20.
The Petaluma center also pulled down 11 rebounds as the T-Girls recorded their 20th win of the season.
Katy Bisges and Joelle Krist led a list of Petaluma supporting scorers with eight points each.
The home-court win followed a 48-27 T-Girl victory over Healdsburg earlier in the week.
Scranton scored just seven points in that game, but pulled down 16 rebounds. Krist led the scoring with 12 points and also had eight rebounds. Bisges scored eight points.
The T-Girls are 20-4 on the season and 10-0 in Sonoma County League play with just two games left in the regular season, a Saturday visit to Elsie Allen and a Feb. 7 showdown at home against second-place Sonoma Valley.
