Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are later found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published.

Monday, September 16

6:08 a.m. — Annick M Maissin, 52, of Petaluma was arrested on Lakeville Circle for exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm ad misdemeanor battery. She was booked into jail.

3:34 p.m. —Sonny L. Ocop, 18, of Petaluma was arrested on South McDowell Boulevard for felony carrying a concealed dirk or dagger. He was arrested and booked into jail.

Sunday, September 15

2:41 a.m. — Mark D. Dickinson, 45, of Petaluma was arrested on Napa Court for felony violation of probation. He was booked into jail.

5:51 a.m. — Jonathan T. Gutierrez, 24, of Petaluma was arrested on Castle Drive for arson and booked into jail. Jessica L. Ezell, 23, of Petaluma, was also arrested for arson, as well as misdemeanor theft by use of access card information, possession of controlled substances without a prescription, and conspiracy to commit a crime. She was booked into jail.

7:59 p.m. — Michael A. Fowler, 21, homeless in Petaluma, was arrested for felony battery against a police officer, obstructing a police officer, and violation of probation. He was booked into jail.

Saturday, september 14

1:11 a.m. — Ivan S. Camarena, 24, of Petaluma, was arrested on Keller Street for felony possession of a controlled substance for sale, felony possession of a narcotic controlled substance, and a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into jail.

4:24 p.m. — Jason L. Etheridge, 42, of Petaluma was arrested on Shasta Avenue on two misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into jail.

4:40 p.m. — Charles E. Jones, 49, homeless, was arrested on Shasta Avenue on two misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into jail.

8:13 p.m. — Michael L. Patton, 59, homeless in Petaluma, was arrested on Second Street at G Street for misdemeanor public intoxication and misdemeanor violation of probation. He was booked into jail.

Friday, September 13

5:02 a.m. — Roger T. Tschann, 43, of Petaluma was arrested on Petaluma Boulevard North for obstructing a peace officer and public intoxication. He was booked into jail.

5:44 a.m. — Jose E Herrera-Carbajal, 24, of Novato, was arrested on D Street for DUI causing bodily injury and hit and run resulting in death or injury. He was booked into jail.

6:25 p.m. — Ryan Cardenas, 27, of Livingston was arrested on South McDowell Boulevard for five counts of felony burglary, felony forgery, and possession of controlled substances, among other charges. He was booked into jail.

9:33 p.m. — Two youths were arrested on Lakeville Street for an illegal speed contest. One adult — Carl J. Tyler, 21, of Petaluma, was also arrested and booked into jail.

10: 44 p.m. — Stephanie Silveria, 32, of Stockton was arrested on South McDowell Boulevard for felony burglary and conspiracy to commit a crime. She was booked into jail.

Tuesday, September 10

2:02 p.m. — Matthew R. Gley, 25, of Trabuco Canyon, was arrested on Greenbriar Circle for felony receiving known stolen property and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked in to jail. Mark A. Castaneda, 24, of Petaluma, was arrested on the same charges as well as having a suspended/ revoked license. He was also booked into jail.

5:03 p.m. — Luke V. La Franchi, 35, of Petaluma was arrested on East Washington Street for obstructing a police officer and felony possession of a stolen vehicle. He was booked into jail. Shannon R. Gallagher, 41, of Petaluma was also arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, as well as possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and a probation warrant violation. She was booked into jail.

11:31 p.m. — Ricki G. Stewart, 45, of Santa Rosa was arrested on Sestri Lane for felony possession of a controlled substance and an outside warrant, among other charges. He was booked into jail.
