Petaluma resident Kevin Joseph Wolfe was an electrician who was in charge of a number of large scale elecrical installations throughout San Francisco, including the De Young Museum.
Mr. Wolfe died at his home surrounded by family on Nov. 14, 2013, at the age of 47.
Born in San Francisco to Gretchen and James Wolfe, he and his family moved to Petaluma when he was 2 years old. He graduated from San Antonio High School in 1984.
Mr. Wolfe worked in the lumber industry during and after high school. He joined the IBEW Local 6 in 1989.
In his free time, he enjoyed riding his Harley, playing bass guitar and hanging out at the Buckhorn Bar.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years Kathleen Wolfe; and their two daughters, Rachel and Maddy. He is also survived by his father, James of Sonoma; sisters, Kim of Petaluma and Kristen of Fairfax, Va. He was predeceased by his mother, Gretchen Wolfe.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, in Herzog Hall on the Sonoma-Marin Fairgrounds, 175 Fairgrounds Drive in Petaluma.
