Fire Calls

The Petaluma Fire Department received 68 medical and 30 fire or other emergency calls from Nov. 5 through Nov. 11. Here are some of the incidents:

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 7

5:52 a.m. — Fire units were called to 492 Second Street for a structure fire in a warehouse. Firefighters had to pry open the door to fight the fire. No definite cause was determined.

2:21 p.m. — Firefighters went to Sonoma Mountain Parkway and Riesling Road for a motor vehicle accident.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 10

4:41 p.m. — Units responded to an accident on Highway 101 South near the outlet malls. A vehicle was off the roadway and a female driver was injured. She was taken to the Santa Rosa Memorial trauma Center.
