The Petaluma Plaza North and Petaluma Plaza shopping centers host the Bill Soberanes Halloween Festival, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 25 at the centers, corner of North McDowell Boulevard and East Washington Street.

There will be balloons, treats, trick-or-treating with the merchants and activities for the kids.

Admission is free.
