PEP Housing hosts a Pups for PEP fundraising evening at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 11 at Lagunitas Brewing Co., 1280 N. McDowell Blvd.

The event features food from Mi Pueblo, a silent auction and a Doggie Costume Contest with prizes for best costume and best tricks.

Tickets are $20 and includes dinner. There is a $5 registration fee to enter the Doggie Costume Contest. The event supports PEP Housing, which provides affordable housing to low-income senior citizens.
