Your Weekend April 27-April 30|

THURSDAY

Addams Family Musical

Expect something truly creepy and kooky at Petaluma High this weekend, as the school’s spirited drama troupe unleashes an outlandish musical take on Charles’s Addam’s infamously macabre clan of oddballs - with Morticia, Gomez, Lurch, Cousin Itt, and more. The madness begins April 27 and runs April 28, 29, May 4, 5, 7. 201 Fair St. Showtime 7 p.m. Tickets $7-$10.

FRIDAY

Gregory Allen Isakov

A masterful singer-songwriter from Colorado - born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa - Isakov is best known for his tearduct-engaging “Time Will Tell,” memorably employed in a certain Subarau commercial - the one where the dad keeps finding stuff in his Forester while cleaning it out for his college-bound daughter, every new item reminding him of a different phase of her life. With gorgeous lyrics, haunting vocals and first-rate musicianship, Isakov takes audiences on an emotional journey, from which they never return quite the same again. Mystic Theater, 21 Petaluma Blvd. North. 8:30 p.m. $37. Mystictheatre.com

SATURDAY

Culann’s Hounds

On a weekend crammed with Celtic bands in Petaluma, the wildly entertaining Culann’s Hounds return with their electrifying, pulse-pounding, toe-tapping, dance-inspiring Celtic-punk-folk-mayhem sound. Twin Oaks, 5745 Old Redwood Hwy., Penngrove. Twinoaksroadhouse.com

Greenhouse

Celtic rock of a different stripe will be served up with a side of joyful jazz and a few surprises, as Celtic-fusion legends Greenhouse appear at Aqus Café, 198 H. St. 7 p.m. Aquscafe.com.

Clark “Big Kitty” Williams

The idiosyncratic singer boasts what he calls “a confused hillbilly style,” blending stream-of-consciousness songwriting born from his love of old, old, old-fashioned country tunes. Big Kitty will take over the jungle-themed Habitat exhibit at Alchemia Gallery, 111 Kentucky St. 7 p.m. No charge.

SUNDAY

Gentlemen Soldiers

The weekend’s third-and-final Celtic rock show is an open-air appearance by Sonoma’s fast-rising Gentlemen Soldiers, singing rowdy Irish and Scottish bar-busters in the style of The Dropkick Murphy’s, but sung so that audiences can actually understand the lyrics. Brewsters Beer Garden, 229 Water St. N. Brewstersbeergarden.com
