Get ready to eat some aebleskivers

Penngrove Community Church holds its 56th annual aebleskiver breakfast on Saturday, Feb. 28|

Penngrove Community Church holds its 56th annual aebleskiver breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 28.

The breakfast features aebleskivers (a ball-shaped Danish pancake), sausages, orange juice and other breakfast sides. The church began the tradition of the aebleskiver breakfast in 1959 to raise funds for needs in the church and community. It’s always held the last Saturday in February.

Donations will be taken to offset the cost of breakfast.

Penngrove Community Church is located at 9970 Oak St. in Penngrove.
