Country music star Larry Gatlin coming to Petaluma

Grammy Award winning musician to perform at Igniting Hope benefit for veterans on May 30.|

Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter Larry Gatlin of the Gatlin Brothers is coming to Petaluma to perform at the second annual Igniting Hope charity concert at 7:30 p.m. May 30 at the Petaluma Community Center.

The concert, organized by Petaluma-based band Streets of Rome, will raise funds for Bay Area programs of the Paralyzed Veterans of America. Gatlin has written more than 30 top 40 hits for the Gatlin Brothers, scoring several Grammies along the way. His songs include “Broken Lady,” “All the Gold in California,” “I Just Wish You Were Someone I Love” and “Houston (Means I’m One Day Closer To You.)”

Gatlin will be performing solo at Igniting Hope. In addition, Streets of Rome and Mendocino County musician Shelia Fetzer will perform.

Tickets are available for $20 in advance and $25 at the door.
