FOG HOLLER

Bluegrass music doesn’t get much bluer than the harmony-rich tunes of Fog Holler, one of which is actually titled “I’m Blue, I’m Lonesome.” And that, ladies and gents, is bluegrass as they get. DORIAN MODE

‘THE GOONIES’

“Sloth loves Chunk!” And a generation of fans still love “The Goonies.” For a less cholesterol-themed way to celebrate Butter & Egg Days, the Mystic Theatre presents a one-night-only screening of the film about outcast kids searching for pirate treasure in the caves beneath their small, coastal town. 21 N. THE THEORY with JEFF RAY & FRIENDS

The Theory play stripped-down Americana and blues-roots tunes with electrifying freshness and invention. Brewster’s Beer Garden hosts TWO shows this Butter & Egg Day. The first, kicking off at 2 p.m. and playing till 5 p.m., is Firewheel, playing classic rock, country, Americana, and blues tunes, with a twist that is all their own. THE HIGHWAY POETS
