Cutest streets in Sonoma County

(1 of ) D Street in west Petaluma is lined with large historic Victorian homes, making it a favorite street to visit. This street is one of the county's hot spots for trick-or-treating on Halloween. (PD FILE)
(2 of ) More classy than cute, McDonald Avenue in Santa Rosa is lined by Victorian mansions. The neighbors go all out at Halloween, with performances, decorations and candy, and is a popular destination for trick-or-treating. (Conner Jay/The Press Democrat)

(4 of ) McDonald Avenue: The McDonald Mansion, also known as Mableton, probably the most famous residential house in Santa Rosa, and maybe also the cutest? It was built in 1877 in the Victorian Stick/Eastlake style as a summer home for the McDonald Family, whose primary residence was in San Francisco. In 1959 Mabelton's exterior was used in the filming of Walt Disney's Pollyanna.
(5 of ) No overhead power lines and no cars parked on the roads make Charles Van Damme Way, the street that Steve Ledson lives on (his house was in the movie "Tucker") and John Lasseter used to live on, one of the prettiest in Sonoma. Located five blocks from the Plaza, Charles Van Damme is located in Armstrong Estates. (Pio Valenzuela for the Press Democrat)
(6 of ) Charles Van Damme Way, Sonoma: Thanks to many houses that top 5,000 sq. feet and sell for upwards of $3 million, tour buses frequently make a detour down the street to show visitors a particularly posh corner of Sonoma. (Lorna Sheridan, Sonoma Index-Tribune)
