Account Executive-Outside Sales

Responsibilities Include:

  • Achieve targeted revenue projections by competitively positioning and demonstrating the value of our multimedia advertising products
  • Acquire knowledge of customer needs through needs assessments
  • Formulate multimedia recommendations that connect solutions to advertiser’s needs
  • Provide excellent customer service & follow through to sustain long-term relationships
  • Develop new business through effective research, prospecting, and consultative selling
  • Collaborate with creative team in designing creative campaigns/ads

Job Requirements

  • Experience in consultative selling – client relationship building with account management
  • § Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of multimedia advertising products
  • Quantifiable history of achieving sales results
  • Superior problem-solving and facilitation skills
  • Advertising or marketing industry experience required
  • 2+ years solutions-based sales background or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred


Part-time Benefits Coordinator (25 hours/flexible schedule)

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the benefit process from employee enrollment to monthly billing process
  • Manage FMLA and employee leaves
  • Conduct monthly benefit enrollment meetings and counsel/advise employees on benefit plans and selections
  • Oversee employee safety
  • Oversee employee wellness program
  • Assist with benefit plan reviews as needed
  • Manage employee data and reporting capabilities within Paylocity.
  • Coordinate benefit deductions with payroll office
  • Administer workers compensation
  • Utilize companywide systems to produce HR Reports: turnover, diversity, EEOC etc.
  • Maintain OSHA and safety metrics

Experience/Requirements

  • 2-4 years of increasing responsibility in managing a HR function
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • HR systems and data integrity
  • Management of confidential data
  • Working knowledge of CA state law governing human resource issues
  • Presentation capabilities for a wide variety of audiences
  • Management of multiple projects and excellent attention to detail
  • PHR designation preferred
