Man injured in Sunday stabbing

Petaluma police are remaining tight-lipped about a stabbing that occurred Sunday night.

The incident happened at 8:32 p.m. on Feb. 9 in the 900 block of Ely Boulevard South. A 38-year-old Petaluma man was stabbed and transported to the hospital for treatment. His injuries are not considered life threatening.

"The investigation of the incident is on-going and at this time, only limited information can be released," stated the police release, compiled by Sgt. Ed Crosby.
