Police Log for July 15-Aug 5

Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus to have follow-up information published.

All charges of rape, sodomy with force or injury, and two counts of “oral copulation in concert with force” against Jared M. Adiego, 25, of Petaluma, were dropped by the Sonoma County Superior Court on July 21.

Tuesday, Aug 5

Jennifer N Bellavia, 30, of Petaluma, was arrested for misdemeanor battery in the 1500 block of Mauro Pietro Drive.

Emily F. Regalia, 66, of Novato, was arrested on felony charges of false imprisonment in the 500 block of Petaluma Boulevard South.

Nate J. Byars, 40, of Santa Rosa was arrested for shoplifting in the 200 block of South McDowell Boulevard.

Sunday, Aug 3

Andrea L. Caudill, 25, of Petaluma, was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance in the 2600 block of Petaluma Boulevard South.
