Thief swipes flat screen TVs, cash from Rent-A-Center

Police looking for a man who robbed a business in the Plaza North shopping center|

The Petaluma Police have released a photo of a man they suspect robbed the Rent-A-Center at 287 N. McDowell Blvd. earlier this month.

Around 4:08 a.m. on May 9, an unknown suspect forced open the front doors of the Rent-A-Center. The suspect took two large flat screen televisions and cash from inside the business. Video surveillance in the area recorded the suspect pushing one of the large televisions from the victim business.

Investigators are hoping that someone from the public can identify this suspect.

Anyone with information about this suspect is asked to contact Detective Sergeant Ed Crosby at 778-4415 and refer to case number 15-2713.
