Petaluma police are asking for help in solving a stolen bike case.

Tuesday officers released a photo of the suspect from surveillance video, which showed him taking the bike, according to police.

The bike disappeared from in front of Target on Kenilworth Drive at about 7:30 p.m. on May 18. The bike was a maroon Diamondback mountain bike with gold forks, parked out front by its owner who went into the store and returned to find it gone.

Police officials asked anyone with information about the man or the bike to contact Officer Ryan McGreevy at 707-778-4372.
