WEDNESDAY, Aug. 10
3:18 p.m. – Deputies arrested 28-year-old Petaluma resident Sarah Shalagin at the Sonoma County Main Adult Detention Facility, 2777 Ventura Ave., for felony possession of a controlled substance in jail and the misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, false identification to peace officers and violation of probation.
