THURSDAY, Sept. 15
9:00 a.m. – Petaluma resident James Wirtz, 51, was arrested at 4185 Santa Rosa Ave. in Santa Rosa for alleged possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, violation of probation and dumping a substance into a sanitary sewer.
4:28 p.m. – 36-year-old Petaluma resident Stephanie Eckhart was arrested at a location along Old Redwood Highway in Penngrove on charges of felony domestic violence assault with injury and misdemeanor violation of probation.
SUNDAY, Sept. 18
3:04 p.m. – A 14-year-old girl living in Petaluma was arrested at 52 Eastman Lane for alleged misdemeanor vandalism.
