Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. WEDNESDAY, OCT.12

6:14 p.m. – Police arrested 53-year-old San Rafael resident Vincent Kirk at 981 Lakeville St. on suspicion of a misdemeanor of driving under the influence and for a bench warrant and an outside warrant.

THURSDAY, OCT. 13

8:15 p.m. – Gavin Lockhart, 21, of Santa Rosa was arrested at a location on North McDowell Boulevard for misdemeanor allegations of battery domestic violence on a spouse, ex, date or partner for an alleged violation of probation.

FRIDAY, OCT. 14

1:06 a.m. – Samantha Coffey, a 47-year-old Petaluma transient, was arrested at 1050 Petaluma Blvd. North on suspicion of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and a violation of probation, both misdemeanors. Coffey was arrested again at 3:35 p.m. at Rio Vista Way and Rocca Drive on allegations of a misdemeanor of public intoxication and a violation of probation.

2:39 p.m. – A grand theft was reported at 900 Petaluma Blvd. North.

7:10 p.m. – A grand theft was reported at 401 Kenilworth Drive.

SATURDAY, OCT. 15

1:52 a.m. – Rachel Gallagher, a 30-year-old Petaluma resident, was arrested at Country Club Drive and Nadine Lane on suspicion of driving under the influence and for a bench warrant.

2:40 a.m. – 21-year-old Walter Serfain, a Greenbrae resident, was arrested near the intersection of Kentucky Street and Western Avenue for the alleged felony of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm.

4:45 p.m. – San Francisco resident Patrick Perez, 40, was arrested on suspicion of felony simple assault domestic violence with injury and a misdemeanor of obstructing or resisting a police officer.

1:56 a.m. – A fight was reported at 128 Kentucky St.

8:40 a.m. – A fight was reported at 1193 Brighton View Circle.

SUNDAY, OCT. 16

12:38 a.m. – 33-year-old Christina Semmler of Petaluma was arrested at Lily Vine Lane on suspicion of felony simple assault domestic violence with injury.

7:45 p.m. – A juvenile was arrested at 1717 Baywood Court on allegations of battery, a misdemeanor.

10:23 a.m. – Police took report of a burglary at 717 North McDowell Blvd.

MONDAY, OCT. 17

8:46 a.m. – Tobias Burleson, 45, was arrested at 315 Second St. on misdemeanor allegations of battery on a person, violating civil rights by force or threats of force, violation of probation as well as an allegation of causing harm or death of an elder or dependent, a felony.

9:45 a.m. – Todd Simone, a 50-year-old Petaluma transient, was arrested at 1010 Lakeville Highway for an infraction of possessing 28.5 grams or less of marijuana and misdemeanor allegations of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and a violation of probation.

12:24 p.m. – A grand theft was reported at 832 Ely Blvd. South.
