A 35-year-old Petaluma man was robbed at knifepoint Sunday afternoon at Lucchesi Park, police said.

The man was in the park just before 4 p.m. when a man approached him with a knife, took his tablet and fled.

The victim, who was uninjured, called police, who a short time later found Daniel Lemos, 23, of Petaluma, in the 100 block of Madison Street with the tablet and a pocketknife.

Lemos was arrested on suspicion of robbery and providing false identification, after originally providing police with a different name.

Lemos, on parole for another crime, was taken to the Sonoma County Jail.
