Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published.

Wednesday, March 1

8:36 a.m.: An auto burglary was reported at 157 North McDowell Blvd.

8:55 a.m.: Steve Alves, a 34-year-old transient out of Petaluma, was arrested at 1263 North McDowell Blvd. on suspicion of burglary/shoplifting less than $950 and a violation of probation, both misdemeanors.

10:26 p.m.: Lisa Gallagher, 52, of Petaluma was arrested at a location on Lauren Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor battery domestic violence on a spouse, ex, date, etc.

11:32 p.m.: A juvenile was arrested at 1614 Lancaster Drive on a felony charge of threatening crime with the intent to terrorize, a felony.

Thursday, March 2

5:49 a.m.: A burglary was reported at 40 4th St.

8:29 a.m.: A burglary was reported at 990 Ely Road.

10:28 a.m.: A vandalism was reported at 120 Keller St.

6:58 p.m.: Samuel Taggert, a 28-year-old Petaluma resident, was arrested at a location on B Street for alleged felony assault domestic violence with injury. 7:43 p.m.: Petaluma’s Michael Orr, 31, was arrested near the intersections of 6th and F streets on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and driving without a license.

Friday, March 3

6:31 p.m.: Petaluma’s Jesus Arango-Lopez, 26, was arrested near the intersection of Clegg Street and North McDowell Boulevard on suspicion of robbery, a felony.

4:47 p.m.: A battery was reported at 815 Wood Sorrel Drive.

10:43 p.m.: A vandalism was reported at 452 Brittania Court.

11:41 p.m.: Danielle Woodman, 25, of Novato, was arrested at the intersection of Cherry Street and Elm Drive on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.

Saturday, March 4

3:38 a.m.: Police arrested Petaluma’s Kristen Irvin, 39, at a location on Greenbriar Circle on felony charges of violating civil rights: causing violent injury/etc., threatening crime with the intent to terrorize, and a misdemeanor of disturbing by loud or unreasonable noise.

12:29 p.m.: Jimy Vazquez, a 23-year-old Petaluma resident, was arrested at 6 Elena Court on a felony charge of theft of a vehicle.

10:45 p.m.: A grand theft was reported at 146 Payran St.

Sunday, March 5

3:01 a.m.: Michael Pinto, 25, of Petaluma was arrested at 519 D St. on suspicion of fight/challenging fight in a public place and public intoxication, both misdemeanors. At 1:15 p.m. that same day, Pinto was arrested at 125 Western Ave. on a felony charge of burglary.

5:02 p.m.: Hermenegildo Lopez, a 48-year-old Petaluma resident, was arrested at 1424 Colwood Drive on suspicion of a felony of threatening a crime with the intent to terrorize and a violation of probation.

4:19 p.m.: A burglary was reported at 327 Basset St.

6:18 p.m.: A vehicle was reportedly stolen from 1400 Technology Lane.

Monday, March 6

11:40 a.m.: A vandalism was reported at C Street.

1:06 p.m.: An auto burglary was reported at 1995 South McDowell Blvd.

2:18 p.m.: A vandalism was reported at Crystal Lane and Landing Way.

4:51 p.m.: A vandalism was reported at 1400 Technology Lane.

8 p.m.: Petaluma’s Mary Steer was arrested at the intersection of McNear Avenue and Petaluma Boulevard on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and hit and run with property damage.

Tuesday, March 7

11:40 a.m.: A vandalism was reported at 100 C St.

1:06 p.m.: An auto burglary was reported at 1995 South McDowell Blvd.

7:32 p.m.: A battery was reported at 969 Petaluma Blvd. South.

6:06 p.m.: A vehicle was reportedly stolen from 231 North McDowell Blvd.

6:25 p.m.: A grand theft was reported at 17 4th St.
