Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. Wednesday, March 15

2:23 a.m.: Jean Murphy, a 65-year-old Petaluma resident, was arrested at 400 North McDowell Blvd. on suspicion of misdemeanor battery on a peace officer.

10:08 a.m.: A stolen vehicle was reported 97 Edith St.

11:20 a.m.: A stolen vehicle was reported at 975 Transport Way.

Thursday, March 16

8:33 a.m.: A vehicle was reportedly stolen from 1708 Clairmont Court.

10:42 a.m.: A 17-year-old Petaluma juvenile was arrested at a location on Sarkesian Drive on a felony charge of causing harm/death of an elder/dependent adult and a misdemeanor charges of failure to obey an order of the juvenile court and failure to comply with probation.

2:58 p.m.: Jason Gutierrez, a 34-year-old Petaluma resident was arrested at 840 Hopper St. on a felony charge of cruelty to animals.

12:05 p.m: A reportedly stolen vehicle was recovered near Denman and Stony Point roads.

Friday, March 17

5:11 p.m.: A battery was reported at C and D streets.

Saturday, March 18

1:21 p.m.: A vehicle was reportedly stolen from a location at Kentucky Street and Wester Avenue.

Monday, March 20

4:07 p.m.: A burglary was reported at 1450 Technology Lane.

Tuesday, March 21

3:55 a.m.: Hugo Santos-Lugo, a 28-year-old Petaluma resident, was cited for misdemeanor driving under the influence at the intersection of Baywood Drive and Lakewood Street.

3:26 p.m.: A vehicle was reportedly stolen from 5111 Old Redwood Highway.

5:22 p.m.: A burglary was reported at 1585 Ranier Ave.
