Every year, Casa seniors work to complete their capstone project, one of the last and most significant achievements on the path toward graduation. Casa seniors develop probing questions about compelling topics. They research and work with inspiring mentors, complete a minimum of 20 hours of community service work and create websites to document the completion of their projects.

Needed now are volunteers from the community to support the students by judging their final presentations.

Judges do not need to be experts in any particular field or profession. They just need to have an interest in education and a wish to support youth in Petaluma.

Project SERVE Exhibitions are scheduled for May 16-17, from 3-6 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. both days.

To volunteer or for more information, contact Brenda Bellinger at bbellinger@petk12.org or Jennifer Cox at jcox@petk12.org.
