Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published.

Wednesday, May 10

6:37 a.m.: Lynn Mays, a 52-year-old Rohnert Park woman, was arrested at 4999 Petaluma Blvd. North on suspicion of misdemeanors of driving under the influence of alcohol and violating probation.

10:35 a.m.: A 17-year-old Petaluma female was cited at 829 Winton Drive on a misdemeanor charge of battery on a person at a school, hospital or park property.

10:58 a.m.: A vehicle was reportedly stolen from 1368 North McDowell Blvd.

4:10 p.m.: A 16-year-old Petaluma female was cited at 1863 Falcon Ridge Drive on a misdemeanor charge of battery on a person at a school, hospital or park property.

8:50 p.m.: A 14-year-old Petaluma male was cited at 1755 Emma Way on a felony charge of attempted robbery.

Thursday, May 11

7:12 a.m.: A vehicle was reportedly stolen from 812 Lakeville Circle.

11:19 a.m.: Police arrested Petaluma’s Oscar Ayala, a 42-year-old Petaluma resident, at 18 Harris St. for allegedly failing to register as a sex offender, a misdemeanor.

Friday, May 12

3:43 p.m.: Santa Rosa’s Terry Bumper was arrested at 418 8th St. on felony charges of forgery and violating probation.

Saturday, May 13

1:18 p.m.: A vehicle was reportedly stolen from 1130 Industrial Ave.

Sunday, May 14

12:06 a.m.: Luis Diaz Reyes, a 21-year-old Petaluma resident, was arrested at the intersection of Casa Grande Road and Ely Boulevard South on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor.

12:56 a.m.: Police arrested Petaluma resident Chad Barnes, 35, at 128 Kentucky St. on a misdemeanor charge of battery.

2:57 p.m.: Ben Lucas, 59, of Petaluma, was arrested at 1371 North McDowell Blvd.

10 p.m.: Fernando Tinoco Campuzano, 25, of Petaluma was arrested at a location on Baywood Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery.

Monday, May 15

2:05 a.m.: Petaluma resident Marquise Wallace, 36, was arrested at a location on Maria Drive for alleged domestic assault, a felony.
