Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published. Petaluma Police reported the following incidents.

Wednesday, Nov. 8

8:30 a.m.: William E. Hoen, a 40-year-old homeless gentleman, was arrested on Arlington Road on a misdemeanor charge of appropriating lost property.

8:32 a.m.: Noah J. Curry, 18, of Petaluma was arrested at on Arlington Dr. for posession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

10:15 a.m.: Police arrested Larry D. Winnett, 56, a resident of Petaluma, at 900 Hopper St., for disorderly conduct and loitering, placing a polutant near state waters, and a bench warrant, all misdemeanors.

10:15 a.m.: Police arrested Patina R. Charon, 51, of Santa Rosa at 400 N. McDowell Blvd., on violation of probation, disorderly conduct and loitering, placing a polutant near state waters, and a bench warrant, all misdemeanors.

5:51 p.m.: Apryl R. Miller, 28, of Citrus Heights was arrested on North McDowell Boulevard for battery on a spouse and willful cruelty to a child, both misdemeanors.

10:57 p.m.: James A. Cole, 29, of Petaluma was arrested at 225 Jacqueline Lane for felony false imprisonment, assault with a deadly weapon (also a felony), battery on a spouse (that’s a misdemeanor), and threatening with intent to terrorize (and with that, we’re back to the felonies).

Thursday, Nov. 9

6:55 p.m.: Norma Bermudezgalvan, 33, of Santa Rosa was cited at the corner of Keller and Washington streets for violation of probation and driving with a revoked license.

9:54 p.m.: Oscar E. Ayala, 42, of Petaluma was arrested at 205 Payran St. for posession of a cntrolled substance and violation of probation, both misdemeanors.

Friday, Nov. 10

2:32 a.m.: Frederic L. Dutter, 61, a transient, was cited at 2013 S. McDowell. for misdemeanor violation of probation.

3:57 p.m.: Crescent City’s Hannah Mouser, 27, was arrested at 767 Rowland Ave. for possession of a stolen vehicle, evading a police officer with wanton disregard, and and outside warrant, all felonies.

6:21 p.m.: Petaluman Daniel K. Rose, 56, was arrested at 1208 Wren Lane for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, and paraphernalia.

Saturday, Nov. 11

2:20 a.m.: Police arrested Rohnert Park’s Eliseo A. Rosales, 36, at 146 Kentucky St., for public intoxication, a misdemeanor.

9:19 a.m.: Police cited Windsor’s Alicia B. Zuelzke, 28, at Casa Grande and McDowell Boulevard on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

10:05 a.m.: Ana M. Meinhofter, 38, described as homeless, was arrested on American Alley tresspassing and “failure to leave.”

10:43 a.m.: Martha A. Smith, 48, of Petaluma was arrested on Countrywood Ct. for Assault with inury, willful cruelty to a child, and damage to power lines.

4:02 p.m.: Jeff M. Farinha, 35, of Rohnert Park was arrested at 1363 McDowell Blvd. for misdemeanor shoplifting, violation of probation, and possession of burglary tools.

9:17 p.m.: Redmond C. Lawson, 19, of Chico was arrested at 401 Kenilworth for misdemeanor shoplifting.

11:20 p.m.: Kyle C. Prange, 25, of Santa Rosa was arrested at 389 S. McDowell Blvd. for giving false identification to police officers, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, violation of probation and an outside warrant.

11:24: Bianca C. Navarro, 24, of Petaluma was arrested at 389 S. McDowell Blvd., for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, and violation of probation, all misdemeanors.

Sunday, Nov. 12

12:22 a.m.: Lokelani E. Bailey-Creager, 31, of Petaluma was arrested at Telephone Alley and Western Avenue on misdemeanor charges of battery on a peace officer, Possession of a controlled substance, and public intoxication.

3:21 a.m.: Police arrested Frank Hyde, 57, of Petaluma on North McDowell Boulevard for misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol.

4:36 a.m.: Ross M. Yates, 62, of Petaluma was arrested at 701 Oak for misdemeanor vandalism.

12:51 p.m.: Jeffrey S. Doyle, 47, of Petaluma was arrested at 2374 Petaluma Blvd. for battery on a person.

2:44 p.m.: David A. Conley, 18, of Petaluma was arrested at 1436 Sarskesian, for felony battery with serious injury.

4:53 p.m.: Gerald C. Frizzell, 41, of Petaluma, was arrested at 1484 Petaluma Blvd. for battery on a person, possession of paraphernalia, and a bench warrant, all misdemeanors.

9:07 p.m.: Kenneth Thompson, 53, of Petaluma was arrested at 1024 Petaluma Blvd. for possession of paraphernalia.

11:46 p.m.: Glenn S. Roberts, 28, of Petaluma was arrested on K Street for battery on a spouse and resting a police officer, both misdemeanors.

Monday, Nov. 13

8:11 a.m.: Cynthia R. Pyne, 39, of Petaluma was cited at 1043 Helen Court for a misdemeanor bench warrant.

9:16 p.m.: At 1731 Rainier Ave., police arrested Jason R. Bryson, 46, of Petaluma for robbery, assault with a deadly weapon (not a firearm), and threatening a crime with intent to terrorize. All of these are felonies.

11:06 p.m.: Aaron R. Schuler, 47, of Rohnert Park, was arrested on 2nd Street and E Street for a suspended license and an outside warrant, both misdemeanors.

11:50 p.m.: Harley Hubbard, 21, of Petaluma was arrested at 106 Petaluma Blvd. for several misdemeanors: battery on a police officer or other emergency personnel, resisting arrest, possession of paraphernalia, and violation of probation.

Tuesday, Nov. 14

6:15 a.m.: Jesse Pruett, a 28-year-old homeless man from Petaluma, was arrested for resisting an officer after a foot chase.

9:02 a.m.: William Fegette, 52, of Petaluma, was arrested for felony intent to terrorize.
