A 23-year-old Santa Rosa man was arrested late Saturday after allegedly urinating on a wall outside a downtown Petaluma bar and then pushing a security guard through a plate glass window after being kicked out of the pub, police said.?

Around 11:50 p.m., Petaluma police patrolling downtown saw a man confronting a bouncer in front of McGuire’s Irish Pub, police said.

“He shoved the bouncer into the front plate glass window, which shattered onto the crowded dance floor,” Petaluma Police Lt. Tim Lyons said.

No one was injured, Lyons said. The bar closed after the window, which was valued at $4,000, was shattered, Lyons said.

Officers determined the man, identified as Hayden Gregonis, confronted the bouncer after he was kicked out of the bar for urinating on an exterior back wall.

Gregonis was arrested and booked into Sonoma County Jail on suspicion of battery and felony vandalism, police said.

Police also discovered two businesses with broken windows in the downtown area, but it was unclear if those incidents were related to Gregonis’ arrest, police said.
