Young boy reunited with parent

A young boy gave his parents and police a few anxious minutes Sunday.

The boy, described by police as between 3 and 6 years of age with a medical device protruding from his abdomen, was discovered by himself in the area of Ely Boulevard South and Estuary Way,

Police issue a Nixel alert at 4:32 p.m.

Ten minutes later police updated the alert to report that a parent had been located and reunited with the boy.
